  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

4. Tracking

  • Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Packages are declared at full purchase value — we do not mark items as gifts or undervalue declarations

6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcel, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs
  • We are not liable for packages returned due to buyer error
  • Refunds will not be issued for returned packages

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will work with the courier to investigate
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier
