- These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer

- Packages are declared at full purchase value — we do not mark items as gifts or undervalue declarations
6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcel, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs
- We are not liable for packages returned due to buyer error
- Refunds will not be issued for returned packages
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will work with the courier to investigate
