No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood the full product description
  • Acknowledge that all sales are non-refundable
  • Accept responsibility for selecting the correct item(s)

Exceptions (if applicable)

We will only consider a resolution in the following cases:

  • Item not received – If your order was not delivered within the stated timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Wrong item sent – If we made a fulfilment error, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost
  • Damaged in transit – Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

⚠️ Buyer's remorse, wrong size selected, or change of mind are not valid reasons for a refund or return.
